Preparation Method
- Place the pineapple juice in the blender followed by the cream of coconut, lime juice, mango, and ice. Select the SMOOTHIE setting; or blend on MANUAL, gradually increasing the speed to SPEED 10, and blending until smooth. Use the tamper as needed to stir the mixture or to add a little more liquid and blend longer.
Variation: Tropical Rum Shake
Add 4 ounces white rum to the blender along with the other ingredients.
